With the recent addition of our 22,500 s.f climate-controlled building we now offer interior and exterior climate-controlled storage units. We couldn’t be more thrilled for the first time to offer exterior access climate-controlled garages, something that has been a request of our customers for years.
We have a wide variety of sizes for interior access units that are accessible via a short trip down a hallway. Both of these types of units allow customers protection from external weather conditions. Storage options are endless here at Champion Storage and we are confident you will find one that meets or even exceeds your needs.

Can you control the temperature?
You cannot control the temperature in your individual unit. All climate-controlled storage units are kept between 50 and 80 degrees, and have 24/7 dehumidification.
Is climate-controlled more expensive?
Yes, climate-controlled is more expensive than a standard storage unit.
Is climate control worth it?
This varies based on your situation. If you’re storing valuable belongings that can be damaged by extreme heat, cold or humidity, then it is worth it to get a climate-controlled storage unit.
It seems so nice, can I live in my unit?
That’s a big N-O. No. That would be against our lease terms.
