What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Please view each location web page individually for rates.
Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space that you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation either by calling (920)565-7226 or by filling out our online reservation form.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant's responsibility and is highly recommended. You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or you can purchase insurance thru us. We offer very affordable insurance from Republic Western Insurance Company thru the eMove (UHaul) Network, a nationwide company.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
What is the minimum rental commitment?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is required to rent a unit.
Do you have your own movers?
While we do not offer moving services, we have trailers, auto transports, and tow dollies available for local use only. Please click here for our local trailer rental options and rates.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive.
